  • Bookings

    We require a 72-hour notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us if you would like to book a picnic within the 72-hour required notification window.

  • Damage

    If there is irreparable damage to our equipment, the contact for the picnic will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged.

  • Unpaid for guests

    Friends that want to come by are welcome. They will not have seating, food or water provided.

  • Food

    We do not provide or deliver food. However we have amazing recommendations for grazing platters and catering. All of our recommendations deliver to our picnics.

    Catering: Poe and Co. (caterers have a food & beverage min and can usually accommodate groups of 6+

  • Payment

    All of our picnics require 50% retainer that is NON-REFUNDABLE and due at least a week before your booking. This retainer covers styling and coordination, floristry and picnic services to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72-hrs prior to the booking. If your picnic is booked 7 days prior the event then the full payment is required.

  • Equipment

    All picnic equipment belongs to The Picnic Place and is to be returned in the same condition as you found it. Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged for accordingly.
